Kour Games

Over the last 3 days I have enjoy being able to go and support my team even though I can't play sport for 6-9 weeks I have loved going out to Lincoln so watch both of  the netball teams.

At the start of the year I didn't have very strong passing I have improved lots now I can do a very strong shoulder pass witch I am very proud of.


 I will remember  hanging out with my friends and having a good time I am going to miss this next year. But overall I had a good time

My Leadership goal for this term

My goal is to win cross country because I would like to win the cup this year. For my Learning goal I would like to complete all my SDL every week and to do well in reading,writing and maths.

leadership Must do

This week when I was on my way out of the school gate one of my friends dropped his chocolate when I saw him drop them I ran straight over to help. When we were picking them up a little boy thought that he was funny and decided that he was going to steal one of the chocolate blocks  I had to stop the little boy from stealing the chocolate. After that friend thanked me and then I went home.

This week I went to kapahaka on time and I am working really hard and now I am working on my voice and how high I can go. I think that I am doing a good job

This week I showed the care values I showed them well because when I was doing a test I go right into it and I didn't talk to the people around me also if people around me were talking I would go to the teacher and tell them that some people were talking and that it was really loud.  

Home work challenge

On Friday it was the annual collection for child cancer.  My Auntie Katherine is a co-ordinator for this and she asked me if I would like to  help my Nana collect donations for a hour an a half at st Martins Supermarket.    I said yes because I think it is for a good cause, as child cancer makes me feel sad.💔

Home work challenge

This morning I woke up and got ready to do the city 2 surf.We had to wait a while before we started to walk the 14km course. Myself,Grace and Hayley found captain America and spider man as you an see in the photos

Five or so minutes later we started to walk this is us at the finish line .  We we're very pleased that the weather held out and that we didn't get wet.😄

Last year we did the 6km walk but this year we decided to challenge ourselves and do the 14km.  We had a great time I can't wait to do it next year as we are doing it in  pink tutus. ( But Mum and Sarah sad they are not ) Lol  👯🙆 👑 

Bucket filler

This week I got a bucket filler award for doing a good job as being the sports co-ordonter and doing that job well  am now I know I can do this job right.

Leadership can do

This week I got asked if I would like to help do the book club for girls. I said yes this means that I have a club of 20 girls and we give out books to the girls and we find out what they  liked about it the most it has been great fun so far. We are called amagntion 

Care values

This week I represented Oaklands School at the SW Zones Swimming contest. I showed all the care values because I went out and did the best job that I could for my school and got 4th place. I feel that I demonstrated to the younger kids in the kauri team  how to behave correctly and do what you are told.

Leadership

This week I helped a little girl find her brother because she was crying. So when we found her brother he didn't won't to talk to her so we went to find some  of her own friends then we started to play a game in the sand pit so then when they were playing I walked off and played with my own friends and had a good lunch time.

PAL'S Can do

I did pals on Monday  and we played a lot of fun game with the year 1 to 3 students we played two or three awesome game they really enjoyed it afterwards we ask two of them what did you enjoy? One of them said " I had so much fun because we got to play a lot of games and we have awesome teachers teaching us games " and the last one said " when can we play more games with you guys I had so much fun "  I think that the little kid like PAL'S  a lot and I would like to thank Mr muller for making PAL"S happen and I think that the little kid would to .
